By accessing or using Cavelle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Cavelle is an event planning application that provides tools for managing events, sub-events, checklists, attachments, and timelines.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Cavelle.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in Cavelle. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: using it for illegal purposes, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with the service's operation.
Third-Party Services
Cavelle integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Backblaze B2). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
Cavelle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cavelle at any time for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Cavelle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
